Dell Introduces first ever Multi-Touch Tablet with the Latitude XT2

The company’s new tablet PC named XT2 is the industry’s first mobile computing device supporting natural gestures for navigation. You can now pinch or tap the screen for scrolling through large web pages, zooming images in and out, enlarging e-mails, rotate the photos, change the screen orientation and much more. This really makes UI very interesting and technologically advanced. Working with XT2’s multi-touch interface is so fun that you will forget to use keypad and touchpad.
The XT2 tablet has got a slim design and packs an ultra-thin power supply and battery pack. This gives the successor to the Dell Latitude XT even more battery power and allows it to last a long time. Moreover, you can use the XT2 as a stylish tablet or as a multi-functional notebook. The natural gestures like pinch, tap and two finger pan works with variety of day to day applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Earth, Acrobat and much more. Dell has also put emphasis on easy data management while developing the Latitude XT2. The company has installed all the necessary software tools and applications that offer an easy to use management console whilst hiding all the technical complexities.
