If you are thinking in terms of full touch screen technology then this is the camera for you. The Sony Cyber shot T-500 is equipped with a full touch screen interface that allows you to access many functions and features with ease. All this can be done through the few buttons on its surface.
This digital camera make you feel good as it features an expensive brushed coloured aluminum front that’s going to attract attention. A lens cover, which slides downwards, is featured on the front of the camera incorporating two segments, which many users feel is unnecessary.
The touch screen interface has done away with many buttons. The shutter button, power and playback buttons can be found at the top while there’s a small zoom level in the front and a still/video selector switch placed in the back for easy access.
This camera features the docking station with an HDMI, AV outlet, Mini USB and a power connector. Though the USB and AV cables seem to be provided what’s missing is the HDMI for a camera with an expensive price tag it’s a rip off. Those who are travelling will find it difficult to load the images on to their computer without the right card reader. The Sony Cybershot DSC-T500 also comes with a 5x optical zoom with image stabilisation, and a 3.5 –inch touch screen with icons that can be accessed easily through touch. With numerous settings that cater to all your requirements when it comes to photography this camera is sure to be a great hit among Sony fans.
